NCL Sun cruising northbound?

NCL Sun appears to be cruising northbound.  Yesterday off coast of Monterey, CA and now off coast of Central Oregon.  Any thoughts?

Someone posted a few days ago the Sun was coming to Portland for dry dock - eta April 10th.

Marine Data regarding the NCL SUN:

 

NORWEGIAN SUN (Passenger Ship) Registered in Bahamas - Vessel details, Current position and Voyage information - IMO 9218131, MMSI 311109000, Call Sign C6RN3 | AIS Marine Traffic

 

The only reasonable answer to the SUN being at the port of Portland is something to do with

maintenance - There is a dry-dock facility to perform most any kind of maintenance that would

be an issue.
