Where is Mardi Gras?

A couple or reasons.  No one in my immediate family are what you would call cruisers.  We can take them or leave them.  Then you have the uncertainty right now.  Then there are family obligations that came up soon after the cruise where I would need to take off work.  And lastly... I have yet to go on a cruise that I have personally booked.  I have been on two cruises booked by someone else.  This will be the 3rd cruise I have to cancel that I booked.  I need to keep the record perfect.

I'm sure reduced capacity and any other restrictions will become public knowledge when cruising resumes. However, I'm not sure they'd be willing to share any info right now.
