We have 560 addresses in our condo development.It is an all ages,as opposed to a 55 and older.We have a mail person who has been the regular mail person for 25 years.Obviously I have not spoken to every resident but those who I know give $50.

In that case, he must do VERY well — unless your condo is the only stop on his route.
