HMC Cabana price??

I was just checking on excursions for my upcoming January cruise and the HMC regular cabana is listed at $359??  I’ve booked these before at $199, what gives??

Saw the same thing on one of our cruises.  Pretty darn high.

We booked one several years ago for $199 as well.  However, they have been steadily rising in recent years.  Much like FTTF, they realize that there are some people who will pay whatever the price is.  So they keep raising it more.

I booked one 2-3 times in the last year and a half for cruises that were cancelled.  They were always $359 for me.

Yes pricing going up.  I guess it’s supply and demand.  Once they can’t rent them all for a given period of time then the price will go down.

Along with seasonal adjustments for demand, with all the On Board Credit that people have for canceled cruises it is not surprising that prices could rise on items.

Unfortunately OBC won't get you a cabana, they are sold out pre-cruise always.  But, it does take the sting out of the price that the onboard spending will be less out of pocket, I guess.

Thanks for the information. I never rented a cabana, so did  not know that.

HMC cabana's have always been higher but the Princess Cay cabanas have been $199 for the past few years.

I noticed this morning the released this for our cruise in March. I’ll pass at that rate. Gonna reserve a clam shell and a couple floats. FTTF still not showing, is that a thing of the past?

No, they still have it, showing for Glory/10/17/2021/NOLA. There is limited availability but I'd keep checking. Don't know if that is something you could call for?

We have a cabana reserved on HMC for our Thanksgiving cruise and it's $369. We also have one booked for Mahogany Bay in April 2022 for the same price, so this appears to be the standard cost now.
