Volendam - Norweign Fjords?

I've been reading of new environmental restrictions in the fjords in regards to cruise ships. Can anyone tell me if the Volendam meets the requirements to visit Flam and Geiranger?

It has do do with emissions and types of fuel. I was a bit confused by it so I thought I'd see if someone might be able to explain it to me☺️
