Does anyone have a good idea about booking transfer from hotel in London to the ship on the 20 th??

Try the National Express bus.  It leaves from London Victoria Station, takes about 2 hr, 30 min and is under 10 GBP per person. Purchase tickets online ahead of time.

Coach (already recommended). Victoria coach station, 2h30m typ

Train (Waterloo Stn); 3x/hr; 1h20m; advance tickets can be as low as 10-15GBP range (South West Trains)

Train (Victoria Stn); 1x/hr; 2h15m;  advance tickets can be as low as 10GBP (Southern Rail), 

Train (Paddington Stn); 1x/hr; 1h40m;  generally more expensive, but if you're staying near Paddington can be handy. Requires a change of train at Reading
