What if the passenger count is very low, will the ship sail?

I think Regent would be happy with a cruise with 1 passenger on board and no issues over a fully booked cruise with a single case.

Well, I do hope that's the case and not something more sinister.  I don't think I'll believe we're sailing until I actually set foot on the ship.

Over the last 19 years I have sailed on a number of Radisson/Regent cruises with relatively low occupancy levels; it happens from time to time.  Once sailed with 144 on Diamond.  been on both Mariner and Voyager under 600.

Brings back a great memory.

We were on the Mariner in Feb 2009 with less than 300. Wonderful cruise. Mariners Got Talent and also one for the passengers. All fantastically orchestrated by John Barron.
