Have It All Event Question

I have a question about the Have it All event.  Rather then stay on telephone hold for the next two days, can I make a dining and shore excursion reservation on line and have the it applied to the Have It All Event?

You mean you have a Pinnacle dinner, and you want to book your own time in advance,  and have it charged off to the free Pinnacle dinner in your booking package? The answer is yes for the dinner. Not sure anyone is going to know about the shore excursion idea at this point because the included shore excursion is a very new idea...not sure it even existed prior to Covid.

Was told that it should be available to book online by tomorrow afternoon (after a 45 minute wait on phone and told HIA shore excursions couldn’t be booked yet).
