phabric Posted July 12, 2021 #1 Share Posted July 12, 2021 (edited) Is this hotel attached to Terminal 5 at LHR? How far a walk from hotel to BA check in? Is it well marked with sign to the terminal? Has anybody stayed there? Any other hotel attached to terminal 5? Edited July 12, 2021 by phabric

It should answer some of your questions. https://www.londontoolkit.com/travel/heathrow_hotels_t5.html

Rare Harters Posted July 14, 2021 #4 Share Posted July 14, 2021 We stayed there in 2015 before a flight to America. It is the only hotel actually at Terminal 5. Almost literally, you walk out of the hotel onto the check-in concourse. Be warned if you decide to have dinner at their restaurant. They may still operate a completely disreputable act with the billing. They add a 12.5 % service charge as would be expected. That's normal. But they then leave the gratuity line open. There is no valid reason for this and must be intended to catch out North American customers who are used to paying a "gratuity" and may not realise that the service charge IS the gratuity, so pay the tip twice. Other than that, the hotel itself is absolutely fine and a perfect location. If I was flying from T5, I'd stay there, rather than one of the cheaper options out on the perimater on the shuttle bus route.
