Ketchikan Ward Cove Shuttle?

We are docking at Ward Cove (NCL Sun departing May 31 - Seattle) - but are taking a ship's shore excursion (yummy - crab feast !) - 

We are ASSUMING that the beginning of that Shore Excursion will indeed be at "the port" (at Ward Cove)

I am on the same sailing and didn't receive this email! Ugh. I just booked an excursion (today) with AlaskaShoreExcursions - who were so helpful - for 8am. Guess I will need to cancel? This is turning into a nightmare with excursions being canceled/unbookable for us.
