Not sure if this is off topic,  but when we cruised the Joy in 2019, they had a Breakfast bar type thing in the American Diner.  Is this only on the Joy?  Or does the Joy not do it anymore either?

I think they did on the Jade in Greece (Cruise with Ben and Dave youtube review).  Haven't heard anything about US sailings, just what they say on the FAQ page.

No clue to US ports. I've seen a few videos on the Jade and they were mandatory. Ncl even had masks in your cabin. Signs mark which way to go as well in public areas.
