Of course if one can not voluntarily provide the information needed to allow the ship to enter a foreign port, one can not embark the ship. And no, it is not a denial of service. If one carefully reads the Florida law, it states that the requirements of the law does not override any restrictions put in place for reasons of public health. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Just wish they would get more ships going. Aren't other cruise lines leaving from the Bahamas? That would mean that those flying in for a cruise would have to be vaccinated to enter the country.
