It's probably too early to start planning for your pre-cruise test, as things are bound to change before mid-February. Nevertheless, you might want to take advantage of Celebrity's test kit offer and purchase through Optum: https://store.optum.com/celebrity-cruises/

As they only ship to US addresses, you would need to have it sent to the hotel or other accommodation you'll have in Florida. Alternatively, if you know someone in the US, have it shipped to them and have them forward it to you.

If that approach doesn't appeal to you, start looking for testing sites on Google. I've not seen any posts on any board indicating test site restricting their services to US residents. While there are some that don't charge the person being tested directly, using their medical insurance for billing purposes, I believe that they will all willingly take a cash (or credit card) payment.

In the meantime, there are multiple threads on the Celebrity board dealing with testing. Just keep yourself up to date with changing protocols and posters' suggestions.

Not very helpful that they closed the airport testing site:

Currently there is only one cruise ship sailing out of Tampa (Brillance of the Seas).

It looks like more ships will start in November so perhaps the airport will go back to doing testing?

Feb is a long way off. Right now on the Adventure 100 or so pax did not show up for the ship on Sat. From what we are hearing from people here, some were having trouble getting their test results on time from the pharmacies. Don't know if this applied to anyone who missed the ship.  If they are still required, you might consider a private clinic. More expensive but guaranteed results.
