I plan on taking the costal train and a rccl  cruise southbound would you recommend that I due any of the options out of seaward  example   5 or 6 hour tours

If available, the 26 glacier tour is one of the best tours we have ever done.

Kenai Fjords tour, Exit Glacier, Sea Life Center.  Your cruise line probably has suggestions that will fit into your time frame that you can also book independently.

OP, I heartily support oaktreerb's recommendations.  If I had to choose one tour, I would choose the Kenai Fjords tour with the Sea Life Center coming in as #2.
