I got an email for "Rooms for $25".  Some of the dates are showing interior rooms for $10 pp our of NOLA on the Glory.  Dates are in the next few weeks.  If I could go, I'd jump on this in a heartbeat.

Mine says Rooms From $25* not for $25*. The devil's in the details 😉

I'm still waiting. Wish carnival would not pick and choose and give rates fairly to everyone.

Makes me mad tbh to read posts like this where I dont get the same offer.

We also got this offer (it's a players club offer) and I confirmed, ours was $10 each plus taxes/port fees ($10 + $10 + 184 = $204 total for a 5 day cruise out of Galveston).  I so wish we could book it, but we both work full time and only have so much vacation time.  Plus, not living near a port, we have to consider air fare expenses also.  This particular deal is good through December, so I'm jealous of all the retired people/people who live near ports, who can take advantage of these deals! 🙂

Interesting.  Mine says its a VIFP offer.  We're not player's club people as we don't really gamble.   And I agree - work and kids are getting in the way of my cheap vacations!

Hmmm ... I wonder if they'll fire sale the Valor when she starts sailing in November.

I'm thinking my is being booked on breeze. They dont want me to price match to a much lower price for a better cabin.

Prepared to sit on my hands and no book more until I get a offer.

I just have the Mardi Gras on 10/2 and that's it. I'm willing to wait on a last-minute offer that works with my schedule for either the Glory or the Valor since I only live 5 minutes from port.

NYE and all my 2022 cruises are booked on other lines.

My friend got the $25 rooms offer. It’s not Players Club. She didn’t step foot in the casino on the one and only cruise she has been on. Hers was just a VIFP offer.

I think it might be low days sailed. My sister who has 26 days got a bunch of amazing offers. (4 day cruise $400 total with $500 OBC)  My friend with 4 days got several really good ones too. ($100 pp for an inside with $200 OBC , $25 rooms etc) I have 44 days and have gotten run of the mill offers.

That is quite possibly part of their algorithm.  Someone with a lot of cruise days, OR who hasn't sailed on Carnival in a while, might be better pickins' than someone who cruises more often or more recently.

My mom has been on 8 cruises totaling 46 days(6/02, 5/08, 2/16, 12/16, 5/17, 1/18, 1/18, 2/19).  I have been on 11 cruises totaling 59 days(6/02, 2/16, 8/16, 12/16, 2/17, 5/17, 1/18, 1/18, 2/19, 12/19, 12/19).  I have 6 cruises booked, and the first two are solo.  My mom will be with me on the other four.  I go to the casino on every cruise for a couple hours on the last night.  My mom has never booked or paid for a cruise in her life and has only been in the casino once or twice for a few minutes.  So naturally she gets actual offers, while I get nothing.  This has been happening since at least February 2016.  The only thing I have going for me is Carnival hasn't been charging a solo supplement lately on select cruises if sailing in a 1A cabin.

Today's Deals list is headed "VIFP Offers," but right below that mine clearly says, "Players Club Offer," for several offers in my list. Including the $25/up cabins which actually start at $10pp. "Free Cabin" offer, etc. The casino is behind all these offers trying to get people on the ships in off peak season.

Could be …. I don’t gamble but have the free cabin and cruises starting at $10 offers as well. Are you suggesting that the casino is targeting non gamblers as well?

Well yeah, if your offer is from the Players Club. I posted to firefly to book because it was listed under my VIFP deals. Upon a closer look I saw that they were actually casino offers and she isn't getting the same offers. At these rates, $10/25pp, it is obvious they just wanna fill some cabins and hope we spread around some money.

I threw a little money into a one arm bandit the night before we got off vista. Still hasnt helped. My welcome home offer is worse than regular sales.

I think they think people booked with high loyalty pts are hooked and they dont need to tempt us. Still have halloween 10 days booked. After that we will see if they offer something to get me to book.

$25/pppd is also being offered out of Baltimore on the Pride for Sep/Oct 2021.  I have this offer through Players Club and my wife has a similar offer under VIFP (she doesn't gamble).  Also have an offer for interior room for $100/pp for 7 day cruise with $200 OBC.

As a data point for those of you with these crazy $25pp offers do you:

1. Gamble

2. Currently have a cruise booked for this year?

3. If you don't have a cruise booked this year do you have one booked?

There are 5 in my family who all have 40+ days and we got nothing, but we do already have a November and a December cruise booked and I was wondering if you may not get the offer if already booked this year?

I received these offers.  Yes I gamble, but only moderately.  My next CCL cruise is in Jan2023.  I am still a Red card.

I have all the great offers; however, DW has none. The third Guest rate is a killer for Christmas cruises, for DS.

You could treat another couple to a free cruise if you and wife each book an offer and switch guests onboard. Booking 2 cabins would be fantastic if my wife could get a great VIFP offer.
