Anti-theft camera case?

I’m probably going to bring my small point-and-shoot camera on our next cruise (Canon G1X III). I’m looking for a case with a strap or something similar, but I’m concerned about theft. We’re going to a couple places renowned for pickpockets and purse snatchers. Ideally, I’d like a small case with a cut-proof strap that I can wear crossbody style. Any recommendations?

I purchased the Hengwin bag on Amazon for my Canon G7 MKIII.  It holds my camera, cell phone, and camera/phone charger to keep one of them at a time fully charged.  I use the belt loop most of the time but it does come with a shoulder strap.
