smalltimecruiser100 Posted October 18, 2021 #1 Share Posted October 18, 2021 Does anyone have an idea how long it takes Royal to issue a Future Cruise Credit?
Rare Tree_skier Posted October 18, 2021 #2 Share Posted October 18, 2021 It carries quite wildly. I had one that took 3 or 4 months. My TA was able to put a hold on a cabin a long time until the FCC came in. If I remember right he had to keep doing it over and over every couple of weeks. SECdawg Posted October 18, 2021 #3 Share Posted October 18, 2021 It has been 75 days and 3 phone calls so far on our latest one to to Radiance cancellation at the first of August. Waiting on a call back because no one seems to know what is going on.
TLG40 Posted October 18, 2021 #4 Share Posted October 18, 2021 I waited 30 days - called and they emailed the certificates to me while I was on the phone - from what I understand they have to be used/booked by the end of April to use during a cruise before Dec 2022- they can only be used on cruise fare. gmerick Posted October 19, 2021 #5 Share Posted October 19, 2021 My experience leads me to suspect they wait until their actuarial models predict the optimal inflection point between the apt to forget doing so, and the apt to blow their stack not doing so. smalltimecruiser100 Posted October 19, 2021 Author #6 Share Posted October 19, 2021 I remember several cruises ago I had another FCC and was given a tracking number. Do they still do that?
