Thanks everyone so much. It’s been crazy busy with kids and work since I returned. I’ll post a wrap up tonight, but in other news, we’re expecting in January…

another cruise!
And @Roscoe13will be sailing this one as well!

Awesome! Can’t wait to follow along on your CC adventures!

I am also a fan of the Blue's Blue Margarita from Blue Iguana and was so disappointed that it is not available on MG. I am considering taking the recipe with me on my 12/11 sailing and just asking if they can make it!

Good luck! One of my favorite things to do is sit on Lido on a bar stool, listening to calypso, drinking a Blue’s Patron margarita.  I’ll be excited to have several on the Horizon!

On the Oct. 2 sailing, every game had a TV devoted to it in Pig & Anchor for both slates of games. They put signs up over the TVs so you knew which game was being show on what TV.

(Same sailing) We walked around the ship and found ALL the games.....except the Buffalo vs. Jacksonville.....which seemed to not be worthy of watching anyway. 😕

And here it is again… oh and this sailing broke 2 records: largest attended Veterans appreciation event and the Groove for St. Jude. $22,268 raised! Incredible!

Our group (all those Big Sexy Purple shirts you may have seen) raised over $10K for St. Jude ~ which is why the amount increased after the event ~ also because they switched the dates so that we could have the Veteran's service on the ACTUAL Veteran's Day.

Thank you! I enjoyed your account of the ship.

Additional items on the "minus" list for me were the hallways to the elevators, not well marked and so narrow. Also the bathrooms near the Main Dining room and Casino were "single" occupancy.....with that crazy wave your hand door. Other bathrooms were "hidden" down awkward hallways.

I was pleasantly surprised to see they had some comedy shows in the Main Theater....2 comedians each time and the last night with ANDY! We also spent a lot of time in the Punchliner as we enjoy those shows the most.

We didn't get to try a lot of the currently "free" dining experiences as we had early assigned dining ~ we could only reserve after 8:15pm and with an elderly travel companion it wasn't an option.  I felt bad that the Emeril's wasn't doing as well as they'd hoped. Maybe the location? I dunno, but it was empty....a LOT.

Happy Cruising!  Just booked the Pride for February.....those "welcome home" deals get me every time!

You ladies are funny.  I am also a one carry on packer and I can travel for three weeks using only my small carry on.  I also bring a very oversized purse that holds all my gadgets and last minute didn’t put in my carry on stuff.  Very easy to travel this way and I pack very light and mix and match clothes that are all color coordinated.  I bring one pair of black pants and wear those at night with very sheer dressy colorful tops that fold up very small and that all go into one small packing cube. All my clothes go into packing cubes, so easy to unpack and put them on shelves in the cabin closet.  I have traveled like this for years after Delta lost my husbands luggage on our way to Rio, Brazil and we were there for 5 days with no clothes for him, we found a Walmart though.  We were going on a cruise and his luggage was forwarded to the ship 6 days later.  Never again!  We only take one carry on each now and it works!

This reminds me… this past week on the Liberty a lady asked on day 6, “how much clothes did you bring with you?” 😆 I guess she saw a lot of clothing diversity.
