Enchanted Dolphin Deck: Covered or Uncovered?

I know this ship hasn’t made its maiden voyage yet, but does anyone know if Dolphin deck is covered or uncovered?

Or partially covered? I was told by a Princess representative that the balconies are covered but now I’m beginning to doubt if that information is correct.

I looked up photos online. The Dolphin deck looks partially covered.

Basically cabins with 9ft x 4ft deep balconies are covered by the balconies on deck 10. Cabins with extended or angled balconies have 4 feet of cover from the deck above, the balance being uncovered.
