This was my first experience as I only bought shares last year. I sent a copy of my latest statement to the shareholder email address on November 7th.

I had an updated confirmation yesterday and email confirmation this morning.

I booked direct.

I rang my TA and they contacted Cunard and rang again today and the benefit has been added to my account (they have access to Cunards booking site) as yet had no confirmation from Cunard usually I get a fresh booking confirmation document.

If you book through a TA then Cunard will not send you a revised confirmation with the additional obc . The TA has to send it to you.

Ten days have passed since we sent our fax and our email request to the lovely staff in Santa Clarita, and the shareholder's OBC has still not been posted to our folio.  My impression is that the staff in Santa Clarita just don't care.  Now our TA (God bless him) will get involved and make some phone calls.  This has happened to us way too often with Cunard.  NOT White Star Service.
