Switching to “anytime” second seating impossible on website?

Hello.

we are booked for the Alaska trip June 4-14, and we’d initially requested first seating because, though it’s a bit too early, 8:30 is often too late for us. But now I’m reading that second seating has become “anytime” from (I think) 7:45 on? So I went on the booking to try to shift to the later choice, and it’s apparently not possible.

Can anyone help, or must we call Cunard? We’d like to confirm that second seating can be earlier now and we’d like to know how to request it.

thanks!

A final decision has not been decided by Cunard if the second sitting is going to be a permanent "anytime after 7-45pm" move and whether it will be introduced on all of the fleet or that it will revert to 8-30pm. That is the reason you cannot change it on the website.

Managed your dining arraignments  on the day ! once onboard !

No need to be calling Cunard and speaking to an agent , speak 'face to face with the restaurant MD' who will immediately rectify your request.

No need to worry, it will all be sorted . Restaurant MD's are dealing with requests like this daily .

Bell Boy.
