MDR Menu Change

We were just on Odyssey a few weeks ago and the menus for the MDR were the same as they have been for a few years. 
 

However, checking the menu for the current HOTS sailing on the app, there seems to be new offerings. Not a complete new menu but many replacements.

Only difference I see is for today, Thanksgiving.  Everything else looks exactly the same sorry to say.

Still working through pre-covid inventory😁. I would like to see some new items on menu when I get back on board.

Hmm, I noticed on Grandeur a few cruises ago, that the service cart for suites had menus (in a full suite, each day you get a copy of the MDR menu in your cabin).  And they had over 20 menus.  Not sure how much they differ, but it points to most switching around.

 

It could be the same dishes, but different mixes of which dishes are on the menu for a given evening.

We have been sailing RCCL since 1991 and they don't change nenu's very often, maybe every five years or so.
