How to find our FCC

We cancelled a cruise and were told we would receive our $900 deposit back as a FCC. That was over a month ago and we have heard nothing since.

Does anyone know how long it will take or how we go about finding out if we have it yet?

We booked the original cruise through the casino phone line and also cancelled through them, if that makes a difference.

I've got a few that was from about 10 months that balances were confirmed when I challenged my TA, but have not received any written confirmation from RCL.  I keep trying.

I am waiting on 3.  Bet they are counting on everyone just forgetting or not bothering to call and ask.  I plan to call when I have the day off from work and can spend the time on the phone it will take.

call clubroyale / casino people as they may be able to give you an update on issuance of the FCC or if you already have a cruise that you would like to book using your FCC give them the previous reservation number and they can transfer the funds to the new booking if the FCC hasn't been issued yet.    I have found this to be much easier than waiting on an email from royal with the FCC number.

IF you booked with a Travel Agent, they will get an email when your FCC is issued.  I'm waiting on an FCC to be issued for my personal travel and when I asked about it, I was told they are taking quite a while to be issued.  I believe the guesstimate was 6-8 weeks.

Call Royal customer service.  Your's is in a que and they can look up and move faster.

Look under CONTACT US at bottom of web site.  Do not call reservations.  They are not so helpful.
