Sea Hag Posted November 29, 2021 #1 Share Posted November 29, 2021 Hubby and I both turned Elite after our last cruise, with 16 each. My profile shows Elite; his is still stuck at Platinum. I thought I remembered somebody else having that problem and posting about it, but several searches turn up nothing. The form that's available in Personalizer and that has loyalty level as an option doesn't work at all. I'd like to get this fixed, but I'd also like to not call the main number at Princess and sit on hold. I also hate to bother our PVP with this, since she's still really busy. Thrak Posted November 29, 2021 #3 Share Posted November 29, 2021 You can always call Princess as soon as they open (8 AM Pacific Time) or shortly before closing - say around 4:40 PM Pacific Time.
