Cancellation terms

We have got a cruise booked in July 22 using our credit from a cancelled cruise.

We understand that we are still able to cancel cruises without cost but is it possible to cancel the July cruise and transfer the credit to a cruise already booked in 2023?

Not unless P&O have very generously changed their terms, it always needed to be a new booking.

You cannot use the FCC to pay towards a future cruise already booked,  you can use it to upgrade a future cruise already booked.

They confirmed what I expected but you can but live in hope.

Might be worth contacting them we’ve been allowed to use FCC on a current booking without upgrading

Interesting. Many have said it has to be a new booking. How did you get preferrentual treatment ?

We had several already booked and said we didn’t want to book any more at the time so they said ok

That was what I told them but they wouldn't budge, I spoke to 3 different people over a period of 12 months, just in case the rules had changed. You did well.
