Pricing "Inactive"...?

I have a friend who has yet to be on a cruise, so wanted to break them in with a short coastal cruise next spring. Found a great itinerary along the Pacific Coast, but when I go to review cabin pricing all I get is a spinning wheel and that it's "inactive". 

Maybe because of current Canadian restrictions? If so, then shouldn't this be removed from even a search on HAL's site? 

Anyone else come across this recently?
