tlc1972 Posted December 7, 2021 #1 Share Posted December 7, 2021 I have a friend who has yet to be on a cruise, so wanted to break them in with a short coastal cruise next spring. Found a great itinerary along the Pacific Coast, but when I go to review cabin pricing all I get is a spinning wheel and that it's "inactive". Maybe because of current Canadian restrictions? If so, then shouldn't this be removed from even a search on HAL's site? Anyone else come across this recently?
Rare FlaMariner Posted December 7, 2021 #2 Share Posted December 7, 2021 Not sure if this is related but I am unable to log into the HAL website now.....nor can I get to "check in" by entering the booking number. (It might not be a Canadian thing but an everybody thing, perhaps!)
ImGoingFirst Posted December 7, 2021 #3 Share Posted December 7, 2021 (edited) I'm not able to log in and I'm in the US. I believe (don't quote me!) Amazon hosts HAL's website so that could be the issue. Amazon web services is down worldwide. Laminator Posted December 7, 2021 #5 Share Posted December 7, 2021 AWS is having issues. There are alot of sites that will be down until the issues are rectified. It's been all over the news.
