How to cancel dinner reservation

I need to cancel one of our Anytime Dining reservations because it conflicts with a shore excursion that we want to book. How do I do this online?

Go to your order history in the planner and there should be a modify link with your MTD booking.

Hmmm… my MTD reservations are listed under “activities others booked for me” and I don’t have that option. Maybe it’s because I used a travel agent?

If the TA booked for you, yes, the TA may need to cancel for you.

Really...I thought even if a TA is involved you still had access to cruise planner items including dinner reservations. The OP also can just cancel the evening they want to once onboard.

Ta's no longer have access to yjr cruise planner or any way of booking, canceling or modifying anything that is purchased or reserved through the cruise planner.

Update: My TA called Royal and got my reservation canceled. No one knows why I couldn’t do it myself.
