Alaskan Excursions Unique to Princess

Hey.

I am doing an Alaskan cruise with Princess in a year. I have done an Alaskan cruise before, and this will most likely be my last time ever doing an Alaskan cruise. But this is 100% the only time I will be doing an Alaskan cruise with Princess due to the price.

So I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what are some exclusive excursions that I should consider that are unique to Princess.

I appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks.

Princess has a partnership with the Discovery Channel company that they call Discovery at Sea. Such excursions are usually nature or animal based. If I recall correctly, I think they also were keeping the tour groups for these excursions small even pre-covid. One of my favorite Alaska cruise excursions was their Discovery at Sea partnered visit to a bear sanctuary in Ketchikan. You're led into the forest where you soon reach swinging bridges to move between high platforms overlooking where the bears roam freely. Once we returned to ground level on the other side we spotted a bear that was up in the trees near where we had been on our last platform. We finished with a demonstration by a totem pole maker and enjoyed included hot chocolate and cookies at the gift shop.

Thank you very much for the feedback. Is Princess the only one that does these excursions with Discovery Channel?
