Free espresso?!?!

We're currently on board the Carnival Legend  and my wife went to get coffee yesterday afternoon and saw a bunch of crew members waiting  around a machine in the middle of the Lido deck. Lo and behold it was a self serve espresso machine! Thought to myself, is it something that Carnival has always had and I've totally missed? We haven't cruised for 3 years so it might be new.  From what I can tell it can do an americano, decaf americano or hot chocolate.

I never thought of it as espresso but I recall it being there on the Pride lido as well (which just may be my mind playing tricks on me). Certainly a stronger cup of coffee than the other machines.

Are you sure it was not a Nespresso machine?

It's always been there. Start the flow then remove the cup b4 the only hot water flow starts.

Sounds  like a good cup of coffee. I'll have to try it.
