Free Cruise Offered but Never Used Casino

Received a free cruise offer from casino royals this morning.  Interesting thing is that I’ve never used the casino in the past.  Anyone else have this happen?  Feels like an error.  Looking at the dates though!

Even the free promo slot play? You can qualify for Casino Royale with just that.

We are casino people. In honestly it doesn't  surprise me right now. After returning from our early Dec sailing which we received 3 cruise certificates from the Club Royale while on the ship.....we have received at least 5 more e-mail offers since home...ranging from multiple JS's to balcony to open view cabins.

They do sometimes send out emails in error.  Did you check to see if the offer is posted on clubroyaleoffers.com?  Use your Last name & C&A number to search.  If the offer is there, you should be good!

For me living in Florida this is a plus! Leaving on HOTS 1-23 on a Comp. Booking in May on a Comp. The only thing is the taxes you pay and for us we pay for someone to watch our fur babies ❤️❤️❤️

Is the Club Royale something you sign up for on the ship?  We will be going into the casino for the first time this trip and curious how all that works.

You are automatically signed up with Club Royale once you either insert your Seapass card into a slot machine or a dealer scans the card with his tracking device, and you start gambling. There are casino hosts onboard whose job is to assist and answer questions about the Club Royale program. There should also be a chart posted either on the casino host's desk or near the cashier's cage, detailing exactly how many points you will need to earn the perks (for example, the current promotion includes   800 points earning an interior cabin.)

We got one a couple of months ago and we are not casino people.  I think with the light passenger loads that they are sending out invites to 'other' people.  When you call, ask about an upgrade to a balcony.  I asked and they said $100/ person, but then they never really billed me, and comped that too.  Then we bid on the Royal Up and got a suite for a couple hundred.
