Anyone try to log into Celebrity website this morning to review power up point!

I tried to log in to verify points and now I can’t find it!  Celebrity has changed the website!  Maybe I’m doing something wrong, even though I’ve been logging in for years!

Everything seems to be in order when I log in.  What exactly is the problem that you are running into?

I have experienced the same difficulties.

The only way I can see point totals is to sign in to manage reservation

As of this morning I have not received my 2 points for the December’s activity

I also have a different look at the top of the home screen.  When you log in there is not the same options of viewing points as before, but if you scroll way down the screen you'll find the same Captain's Club link where you can follow the options to see your point level.

Is there a way to see power up points separate from the total?

No.  There never has been a way to see that and that's even a point that is part of Captain's Club standard email reply when asking about missing points.  If you review your previous cruises you may be able to figure out how many you have received in total, or many people received an email around the first of the year with the PUP activity mentioned which provided a total.

The 2 gift power points was a January activity to be completed by January 9th

I don’ expect to see those points til February.

I am waiting for the 2 points from the December 29th

power point activity. That activity was open til January 4th. 
So many those points won’t post til February?

If you select your name > My Tier and Points  - it appears the link is dead

 

Instead, click on Manage Reservation and it should take you into your upcoming cruises, click on the icon with your initials > profile > and you should see your points.

Why does it seem like Celebrity has multiple versions of their website up and running at the same time, conflicting with each other?  It's dismal!

 

Found that same white header page with a dead link. It also said to sign in, which it wouldn't let me do.

So I did a Control-F5 to hard-refresh the page and the refreshed page has me as signed in already.

I too encountered the dead link.  In manage my reservations, I see no new points.
