Another Future cruise credit question

Hi all, I hope this hasn’t been asked and answered a million times. 

I received my FCC today but when I tried to apply them to my November Beyond sailing it says 

 

Your selected sailing date is not eligible for certificate redemption.

 

I’ll have to phone them tomorrow but I thought I’d try and get some info before I did. 
Just in case I get someone new.

The rules just changed to include some Beyond sailings and extend the program.  Suggest you read the FCC section on the Celebrity website.  And next week it could change yet again.

I got that same message just now. My sailing date is Oct. 13, 2022 on the Constellation. I have seen nowhere that says there are any limits to which sailings FCC can be applied to except for Beyond. I’ve already emailed my Celebrity Vacation Planner. Hopefully she can figure it out tomorrow.

I emailed our TA yesterday with the same concern. He responded this morning. 

 

"Good morning. You can use your fcc’s on your January 8, 2023 Beyond sailing. Celebrity will honor fcc’s on the Beyond. That policy of not using them on the Beyond lasted about 2 minutes and they changed it real quick. You are good to go"

Thanks for the info.  We have a FCC we intend to us for our October Beyond cruise.

Thank you! Good to know 😅 It’s still not allowing me to do it in the website so I’ll give them a call later today. 👍

Hopefully by now, Celebrity has updated their CSR's with the current policy!!

I finally took the time to phone. She applied the FCC no problem. 
I got lucky and got a slightly grumpy but knowledgeable CSR 😆
