Positive balance on my princess account. When to get credit/refund?

I had to cancel and rebook an EZAir flight and got charged for both flights, but on my princess account shows that they credit me back the original flight. So now I have a $1,500 balance on my Princess account that princess owes me. Do I need to call Princess to refund me the amount or it will be automatically credited back to my credit card at a certain point?

You can call Princess and ask them to refund it immediately otherwise it will occur on the day of departure.
