For those of ou who have had a cabin one deck above a theater - Did you have any noise issues after midnight?

We are looking at booking a room on deck 6 on the Valor, but it is above the Navahoe Theater.

Thanks for any advice you can provide.

It is never a good idea to book a cabin above or below any public area because of the potential of noise.  The best rule for booking is to have cabins above, on each side, and, if possible, below the cabin you are considering.

I have never seen anything scheduled in the main theater after midnight.  I have seen second seating do production show for 10:30p but that would be only about 45 min.  EM

That is usually true, but on holiday cruises (Christmas and New Year's), there likely will be music/dancing/etc. in the main theater that can last into the wee hours of the morning.  Also, depending on the time zone where the ship is, special sporting events, such as the Super Bowl, may be televised using the large screen that most theaters have.  And, that can be very late at night.
