I usually call between 10 pm and midnight. Another trick is to hit the button like you are planning a new cruise, the rep who answers will help you out. I wonder if people are out sick or if they're getting a lot of cancellations? Would be nice if they let us do some more things via the website. Can you just image the call volume they are getting and the thing is, most question/ problems are not just simple yes, no, maybe type things. I would think each call lasts a while.
