You usually receive them about 14 to 10 days before sailing.  You will get a notice once they ship.

Also very easy to check you will pick up at port vs. ship.  Then no worries

The Medallion is FREE.

 

There is no payment due at all ... unless you order accessories, such as bracelet, etc.

I initially ordered the complimentary ones until I discovered the rest of our travel party ordered the bands. I was never able to figure out how to cancel the free ones, so have received shipping notifications on those. I have yet to receive a shipping notification on the bands, however, despite the payment processing on the 21st.

I assumed they thought you had to do final payment and then the OM would be mailed.  Not realizing you must order it on the app. 
Anyway, their question is answered.

From my experience once your credit card is charged it’s a few days until you get a shipping notification you can also check in app for shipping
