In room Television

Hi all,

We just got off the Regal this morning. Had a question about the tv in the cabin. No matter what we tried to watch or time of day it was, it kept losing its cable connection and resetting itself. We were on deck 15 starboard side cabin M717.

Was curious if the location of the cabin had anything to do with it or just the location of ship itself. Anyone else run into this ?

Thanks

I don't think anyone will be able to diagnose what was wrong with your television. The appropriate time to ask was when you noticed the problem. They would have sent a technician to your cabin to fix it.

No, Princess would not knowingly put a bad television in a cabin.

Honestly  it was annoying but not a huge problem.  We were  on for a 4 day trip and tried to stay out of the room as much as possible.  Had it been longer we would have told guest services right away.

We were just curious if anyone else has run into the same thing?
