TIA It all depends upon the type of coverage you're looking for. Is it strictly medical? Do you want trip interruption? Flight delay? baggage loss? There are many options. The more options you choose, the more expensive it'll be. Will it be a single cruise policy? Or a yearly one? https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/2558-qa-cruise-insurance-with-steve-dasseos-of-the-tripinsurancestorecom-jan-22/

For cancellation, you must have a doctor’s confirmation of diagnosis and orders not to travel, so don’t cancel before you have the proper documentation in place. If you are concerned about quarantine, look for a policy with generous travel delay benefits. Trip Insurance Store people can help you find something that meets your needs. All the policies they sell cover COVID, and they deal with companies they know to be reputable. Or you can search for yourself using travel insurance websites like insuremytrip. Buying from either will not affect your cost for similar coverage because states regulate insurance, and the price is based on age, length of trip, cost of trip, and dollar limits allowed for coverage.
