Cafe Promenade - Coffee free?

Is the basic coffee at Cafe Promenade included? Also is it really open 24 hours a day?

Yes the self serve coffee is included.  Usually pretty good, but the last time we were on the Symphony there were times it was cold or empty.

Yes, free. 24 hours probably depends on covid sit.

Yes...free...reg coffee, decaf and hot water with a variety of teabags available, also containers of cold water self serve.

It’s not really 24hrs, but very close to it. They close for an hour or so in the early hours of the morning - like 2 or 3am - for cleaning

When we were on Indy in November they had the coffee/hot water area roped off with a crew member serving people.  If you want regular coffee or hot water just go over there.  No need to stand in line by the bar where people are ordering specialty coffees that you have to pay for.  And yes, on all RCI ships I've been on that has a Cafe Promenade they've all been open 24 hours a day.

Yes.  But, note, in my experience coffee between 4am and 6am is hit or miss on the temp & quality.
