What does MSC allow to hang decorations on the cabin door? 

 

Command strips?

While we have seen it done on other lines, we have never seen it done here on. MSC

We always put something on our door using magnets or magnetic strips.  Helps us to find our room easier.  Birthday, anniversary, having fun items that don't take a lot of room and get in the way of entering and exiting the room.  One time our Granddaughter put a new smiley face on the door each day with crepe paper,   Do what you want until someone tells you you can't, enjoy your cruise.  How about a smiley face with a mask!

We typically cruise at Christmas and decorate our door.  We use magnetic clips similar to these

I’m surprised MSC doesn’t sell any cabin or cabin door decoration packages. Sounds like potential lost revenue stream

Fire hazard depending on materials gets it removed on other ships

Also work for stewards to remove adhesives, tape etc

On the book of faces site, my former TA ha a birthday, and they (Butler and Junior Butler) decorated her door, so it must be allowed in some situations, unless that was a one-off.
