Covid testing prior to sailing

I’m sailing on Sunday, 2/6, and have Binax tests & thought I was all set.

Trying to do the tests with my 92 year old mother & keep getting the dreaded 404 error after filling in the info on the emed site just before the proctor should come on.

Using Apple phones &/or iPads.  No laptops or computers available.  
any suggestions?

 

we are arriving too late at FLL airport for that testing site.  Unless we go back Sunday morning for that.

Some people report using Lab Doctor across the street from Embassy Suites, off of 17th Street I think.  Do not know the hours.

Not sure if this applies. You both have to have your own account. We tried to do it together and couldn’t. We both had to register.

I am now able to get into emed site. 
They had an outage. Just waiting my results now & then my Mom will do it.

I had emailed emed through their website about an issue.

They included a customer support # should anyone want/need it.   At the time I could not find anything listed .
