Is anyone having any luck with a good contact email with Celebrity?

We are having an issue with Celebrity not finding an original FCC (even with the email) as well as a missing FCC - this was all associated with canceled cruises 2 years ago.  The nonissued FCC was an oversight on our part.  We have spoken with Celebrity reps and Resolutions and it has been a month with nothing from anybody.  I am tired of sitting on hold and having to explain over and over again.  Is there any email that actually works?

Try Celebrityengamentcenter@celebrity.com. If you don't have any luck with it try;

I'm having the same problem, and have been trying to get it resolved for weeks.  I had an agent helping me (he actually located and applied the FCC for one person in the party, but can't locate the other person's).  Now he is not returning my calls or emails.  And final payment is due in less than 3 weeks. I am beyond frustrated!

We were never issued with a FCC. The TA told us to use the original booking number when we booked our next cruise. The FCC was used as our deposit when I booked a year later.

 

When I have problems, I contact Celebritycruises Captain’s Club on their Social Media sites.

Works well in UK, Jack or Sam reply  very quickly.

I emailed the President when I was getting no-where with our FCC and it got sorted within 24 hours. Highly recommend!
