  1. I went on to the Celebrity site and no increased points for me! So, before I contacted CelebrityCruises, I went on the App and the increase showed.👍 So I went back to Celebrity site and the points were showing!!🎉🎉
  2. Only way you can change status during the cruise is if you are on a Back to Back. You can go to the Captains Club desk and ask them to do it at the beginning of the 2nd cruise.

  4. Not keeping close tabs on him, I want what is rightfully ours from Celebrity. Its taken long enough.😱
  5. I got into my husband’s account this morning and his points have also been updated. We are obviously linked.👍

  7. I have been sent detailed instructions to rectify it: Hi there! Thank you for your patience. Upon reviewing your account we do se the 886 points being reflected on our end. Please try the following steps in order to update the system on your end: Please see the below steps. 1. Go to settings. 2. Click on profile. 3. Click on my loyalty. 4. Remove the Captain’s Club number hit save. 5. Re-enter the Captain’s Club number hit save. All sorted- at last!!
  8. Still no update, after contacting Celebrity Cruises. They said they would update on 4 th November, it’s now 9th. I think they should have said 14 th November. ”Hi there! Thank you for getting back to us. We are currently reviewing your account and situation. Please bear with us as soon as we have an update we will let you know.”
  9. After being OFF for most of yesterday, now another problem. i have just tried to attach a photo to a post and I get: ”Unknown Server error.”
  10. Yes, it’s to get my points to register, they have not updated since March. Ive contacted Captains Club and been told to delete my Captains Club number, save the changes and then add it again. However, there is no way to ‘cut’ when I highlight the number. I have yet again contacted Celebrity and been told they will deal with it by 4 th November. ”Hi, thank you for reaching out to Celebrity Cruises. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding your points not being updated. We would like to inform you that power-up points are updated every 4th of the month. Please monitor this update on the 4th of November for the latest information.”
  11. I’ve been told to do this by Celebrity, as I have not had an update since March, even though I’ve watched 2 webinars. However, I cannot remove my Captain’s Club number. Any help appreciated.
  12. We had one in our cabin on Sky Princess in September 2024.
  13. We went twice to Alfredo’s, once on a Port day and once on a Sea day. You cannot pre book. I am Dairy Intolerant, so they made me a Lactose free Pizza, using tomato instead of cheese.
  14. I am pleased to report that at last I have my refund. This does not go back to the Credit Card as details are not kept once you are off the ship- so this is mis information on the part of Customer Services on the ship. I emailed guestrelations@princesscruises.co.uk asking where my refund was. Yesterday I had a phone call explaining how to get the refund via NAT WEST bank Pay It. This is a secure transfer. The person I spoke to said she would be contacting the ship regarding the mis information they are given passengers.
  15. We are still waiting for a refund back to our Credit Card, for a cancelled excursion. I says 2 weeks, but we disembarked on 15/09/24.
  16. We choose Sky Princess as she was sailing from Southampton. . We had the Princess plus fare included in our booking. This meant we had drinks up to $15 included. Also, gratuities and Wi-Fi were included in the cost . It also meant we had 2 casual meals included. We ate these in Alfredo’s, which is a Pizza restaurant. We didn’t pre book, but spoke to the manager on our first visit, mentioning that I was Dairy Intolerant. He assured me that they could make me a Lactose Free Pizza, using tomato instead of cheese. As I am Dairy Intolerant, I pre ordered my meal each evening for the following evening. I had Special sweets made for me each evening. Before our evening meal we went to the Elite lounge for pre dinner er drinks. We ate in the Cielo dining room at 6.10 every evening, so we could go to the Theatre for the 8 pm show. We often found it difficult to find seats. We had been to many of the ports before except Ajaccio. We therefore went on an Excursion to the Gorges du Prunelli. We were lucky to get on the excursion, as it was full at first, but an extra one was added. Unfortunately, the description of the excursion didn't add that there was a stop for cheese and wine tasting. As I am Dairy Intolerant, I choose to stay on the bus, especially as the cafe was at the bottom of a steep hill and I am having difficulty walking. This proved to be a problem on the cruise, as the ship is big. We were in the stern of the ship, I found access to everywhere a problem. I cancelled an excursion to Seville because of my mobility. We had never been before, but decided to cancel the excursion. We are still waiting for a refund. We had already been to Customer Services to ask for the refund, but as it would have been in $US( we live in UK)we were told it would be better to wait for a refund to our Credit Card, which would take about 2 weeks. We had a very interesting speaker on the ship, Andy Reid. He was an ex service man, who was badly injured in Afghanistan. He is an amazing man. What particularly impressed me was his ability to walk, without using a stick or any other aids. All in all, the cruise was very memorable.

  18. We went twice for lunch, once on a port day and once on a sea day. We hadn’t booked for either. I normally avoid Pizza, as I am Dairy Intolerant. We Spoke to the Manager as we were passing and he said that they could accommodate us. They made a Lactose Free Pizza for me, using tomato instead of cheese.. It was delicious.

Everywhere was a very long walk, so I would not choose this cabin again.

  21. Yes. Boarding pass came a day early, according to my calculation.
  22. My Boarding Pass came yesterday, for 1st September. We need to use the Blue lane between 12-3pm to pick up our Medallion and show our passport.

  25. Unfair. And even more unfair if you live in UK 🇬🇧 and have to pay for an international phone call!🙈
