Yep, bogo to be used w/in first two nights (if both of you are +, you can do bogo both nights).  They've offered us other nights as well (due to low interest/reduced % of people willing to cruise).

yes. As long as the BOGO are paid for on Day 1 or 2, they'll let you actually eat any other day of the cruise.
