Currency Exchange

Recommended Posts

I like to have some foreign currency for whatever countries I will be visiting during a cruise.  Not alot of currency, but some.  Even though the exchange rate may not be the best at times, I bank with Chase Bank and their rate and ability to promptly obtain the currency satisfies me.  If more currency is then needed when I am in a foreign country, I will use an ATM.  Most of the time, I use a credit card that has no foreign transaction fee.

if you are flying in before the cruise   hit an ATM  & get some Euro

We found most places in Europe took CC  even for ice cream purchases ..

but I also like to have some small amounts of cash
