RL999 Posted March 7, 2022 #26 Share Posted March 7, 2022 (edited) An additional question if I may? I am in a wheelchair. How practical to get a ferry over to Wall Street area, see Battery Park, 911 Memorial and then walk/roll back to cruise terminal over Brooklyn Bridge? Thnaks in anticipation. Its a couple of decades since I last walked over the Brooklyn Bridge - but I recall some stairs on the route I took. It looks like there may have been some changes - see this Tripadvisor thread on Brooklyn Bridge wheelchair access.

If you are on a roundtrip and returning to QM2 I should imagine to do all that in the time allocated in New York is very ambitious. You can take a considerable amount of time in 911 Museum and though accessible is a fair walk from Wall street and back without even trying to get to Battery Park or walk over Brooklyn Bridge. It would depend upon how mobile you are without the wheelchair (and how heavy/bulky it is) - a fair amount of steps are involved - not to mention getting on/off the ferry.
