Anyone received their refund for Jan. cancelled cruises?

I just wanted to hear from others who were told they were to receive a full refund, which includes a FCC refund for the sailings which you cancelled in January due to the mask protocol. I was told that I would get a full refund, but it is now 36 days and I have received nothing. I purchased the bus transfers from/to Port Canaveral and have not received a refund for that either. Has anyone received their full refund and if so, how long did it take? Thank you.

Interesting. For our 1/15/22 cancelled sailing, I finally received FCC certs last week, but in the wrong amounts (and yes, I know they are based only on cruise fare and not port/tax/grat/air/etc.).

As far as the items that were supposed to be refunded, I've had nothing posted to my credit cards at all.

Maybe it is time for a phone call.

We have received FCC and refunds for purchased internet and excursions. We were told by RC that we would be refunded for their Vacation Protection insurance plan. We haven’t received that. Called this morning and was told that we won’t get that back and referred a link to the insurance company to file a claim. I am not happy because I didn’t cancel the cruise, RC did!

RC cancelled my cruise with 21 hours notice and I have only received the excursions refund after 6 weeks.  They still owe me for the room, taxes, royalup, and FCC all which they refused to post "early" for the next cruise I booked.

I also tried to book two casino offers since then. One was sold out after five days to respond and the other they never answered.

I understand why people that stayed with them through all this mess are now leaving.

Update - I am still waiting for my refund! Travel agent says she is working on it !!! I called Royal C. to see if they could let me know what is going on and I was  told to talk to my TA.

I don't get it how some of you can receive a refund so quickly and I am still waiting after 45 days of cancellation.

I had my January 24th vision cruise canceled and selected to get a refund. I have been slowly getting refunds, 450$ here for a beverage package, couple hundred a few days later for some other excursions. I am still short 1600$ and am still getting a couple hundred bucks here and there from them. I wish they would have just did one giant lump sum refund for me.

My travel agent requested help from someone (escalations or accounting) on day 40 after cancellation.  About a week later she heard back along with our FCC numbers for $400 of the missing amount and that the remaining $350 will be credited back to our credit card within 10-13 business days.
