Unfortunately, the answer is none.

Enterprise is the only car rental on the island. And they have limited hours.

Drop off and pick up on the island was nonexistent after noon on Saturday and all day Sundays unless things have changed.  Some of the larger hotels would take drop offs on Sunday, but you still paid to Monday.  Enterprise closes at noon on Saturday and all day Sunday.  Texas City would be the next closest place but Enterprise has the same hours there and Avis has a little better.  We found it easier to hire a car service to take us and then hired a taxi to take us to the port.  When you're in town make sure to try Cajun Greek and Woody's Bar.

We are cruising on the Vista at the end of this month and are flying into IAH and then back out of Hobby. We used Auto Slash and found a great rate on a rental. It was cheaper to do a full week rental than too do 2 one way rentals. We are leaving the car at a parking lot near the cruise terminal. Might want to look into that option?
