Southampton Hotel

Carey’s Manor in Brockenhurst (New Forest for those who aren’t familiar with the area) do a stay and parking package with a taxi to and from the port for people who don’t want to stay in Southampton. But there are several hotels in other villages. Spoilt for choice.😊

I was ready to book Southampton, but have decided to take the train to Winchester from London and spend a day and night there. Has anyone stayed at the Lainston House? Do you see any problem getting from there to QM2 i December?

Have used Carey's Manor,  nice hotel , easy and lovely walk round Brockenhurst from hotel. 21 days parking included. Efficient  taxi service included. Sister hotel Montague arms is also nice but further from Southampton

We've had lunch at Lainston House. 

Lovely hotel and it would be our choice if we decided not to stay at the Harbour Hotel.
