Lot easier for me because I do not hold a share account  so I just send an e-mail with personal details, cruise details and Share Certificate Number and I think they have the ability to check with Equiniti for eligibility and then add the benefit. Applied for my benefit with Princess on 23rd Feb for my cruise in June and received e-mail saying it had been applied yesterday.
